This policy explains what NaplesVirtualOffice.com, operated by Coastal Privacy Group LLC (“we,” “us”), collects when you visit the site or sign up for our business address, mail handling, or Registered Agent services, and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you give us. Your name and email address when you start a sign-up, the details you enter at checkout, the identity information and USPS Form 1583 you submit to verify your mail-handling account, and anything you send our support team. Payments are handled by Stripe; we don’t receive or store your full card number.
- How you use the site. Pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technology.
- Advertising click identifiers and campaign parameters. If you arrive from one of our ads, the web address can include a click identifier (such as a Google, Microsoft, or Meta click ID) and campaign tags (such as utm_source or utm_campaign). We store these, along with the landing page address, the referring site, and a timestamp, in a first-party cookie and your browser’s storage for up to 90 days. We use them to measure which marketing leads to sign-ups.
How we use it
- To set up and provide your address, mail, and Registered Agent services, and to verify your identity as USPS requires.
- To process payments, answer questions, and send notices about your account.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website.
- To meet legal obligations and protect our services.
Advertising and analytics partners
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (including its UET tag), Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. They set their own cookies and receive information about your visit, such as pages viewed and actions taken, under their own privacy policies.
When you sign up, we may share your email address with Google in hashed (scrambled) form so Google can match the sign-up to an ad click. We may also send Google or Microsoft the click identifier, the time, and the value of a completed purchase so the sale is recorded against the ad that led to it.
Other service providers
We rely on providers to operate the service, including Stripe for payments, our mail-management platform, spreadsheet and email tools for sign-up records and support, and our website host. They process information only to provide those services to us.
We don’t sell your personal information.
Your choices
- Control ad personalization with Google’s Ads Settings.
- Block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. This also clears the advertising identifiers described above.
- Email support@coastalprivacygroup.com to ask what we hold about you or to request correction or deletion. We keep some records as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements.
How long we keep it
Advertising click identifiers and campaign tags are kept for up to 90 days. Account, billing, and verification records are kept as long as your account is active and as needed afterward for legal and accounting purposes.
Other things to know
Our services are for adults running businesses and are not directed to children. We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no system is completely secure. We may update this policy and will change the date below when we do.
